Hello mark,

We are just getting home from Orlando and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and Kerry for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. It was a very special trip for all of us and your spacious villa allowed us to spend the holiday with not only all of our children but my sister and parents as well. The weather was a bit cool at times but the pool/spa (heated to a bath-like perfection) helped to take the chill out things. The kids loved the game room and the PS2 and my sister was particularly enamoured of the unspoiled wetlands behind the house. We didn't see any alligators but had fun looking out for them!

Thanks Mark Security bond received the very next morning. We loved the villa - the children were begging us to stay when it was time to go. Didn't see no gator though ! Back to reality sadly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful villa. Kids loved the PC being there and the games room was brilliant. We saw the Alligator whom we have named Mohamed (mo for short).

Joyce has filled in the visitors book – all good comments I might add.

We look forward to hopefully staying in your villa again Mark.

I can not say anything bad about our stay everything was perfect and we all want to thank you for a beautiful house , great pool and sauna (and that lighting is awesome ) the simplicity of the decor , yet elegant and the least amount of things that the kids could get into made us so comfortable and less worrysome. The games room came in handy and also the play station . We just loved everything about our stay if only the weather would have cooperated it would have been a perfect holiday but in our eyes it was still the greatest vacation and we will always be raving about your home . Thanks for making our dream a reality. We will be telling all our friends about your home.

Hello Mark, Just to let you know we had a fabulous time in yours and Kerry's villa. The children loved the pool and the games room was a superb touch - we had a couple of rainy days and it came in very handy.

We would recommend your villa to any friends or family holidaying in Orlando and would not hesitate to stay there again. Unfortunately, we were in such a hurry, we forgot to sign the Guest Book! OMG!! When we walked into the door of Chase Heights Villa on High Grove...well.. it simply took our breath away! Amazing! Dramatic! Beautiful!

The kids (and I) loved the game room and the pools. I hope no one else finds out about this place, because I want it to remain available for us! (I know..I'm terrible!)

Seriously speaking, I strongly recommend this property,

You guys rock! I'll be back (soon, in fact!)

We all had a great time at your house. Our girls loved the air hockey game and the pool. We loved the hot tub and the amount of space available for all of us. It was also nice to have baby items like a highchair available for our use.

Hi Kerry,

Our trip to Florida was fantastic!! The house was just beautiful! Were we the first to stay there? Everything was brand new! It was like a model home! I can't thank you enough, we will highly recommend you to anyone we know going to Disney. This was the first time we rented a house as opposed to staying in a hotel, and we all liked it so much better! We were able to eat breakfast before going to the parks and we packed lunches on several days, not to mention the kids just loved having their own personal pool and hot tub! And the game room was a huge hit! As soon as they woke up, they were playing air hockey! I could go on and on, we are already looking forward to our next trip next year! We will definitely take you up on your offer to come back next year! I will be in touch to check with you about dates, please let me know if your e-mail changes and I will do the same.

Kerry, it was a pleasure dealing with you and we all thank you for making our Disney trip better than we could have imagined!
